PAYMENT
We accept Paypal at time of purchase and all items will be shipped when payment is completed. We will be posting your item within 24 to 48 hours of purchase so it gets to you quickly. Weekend buys will go out on Monday morning. If for any reason there is a delay I will contact you to keep you up to date. If payment is not received in a timely manner, I reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the piece.
*You do not need to be a member of pay pal to pay with a credit card through pay pal, it is the most secure form of payment.

SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail for all our items  to ship in UK. We aim to ship the next 24 to 48 hours after the payment is received, so you should expect your order to arrive within 5-7 days after you place it. 
We always post to the paypal address as it protects both buyer and seller, please make sure your addresses match.
Due to customs restrictions, we are currently only shipping to addresses within the UK.
Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during the transport is beyond ChileMakers responsibility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Chilemakers will make all efort to ensure all customers are happy with their products. If our items are defective please let us know within 3 working days of receipt of goods sending an email to contact@chilemakers.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement. All reported faulty items must be returned to us with all packaging so that an assessment of the fault can be made and a replacement product issued.
We package all items in the best possible way to prevent damage, but we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning/exchanging an item.
We cannot accept returned jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of wear.

Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery is usually the cheapest way to return goods. This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.
Don’t forget to include your invoice so we know who the parcel is from.

ADITIONAL POLICIES
Photos are taken in macro mode on our digital camera, so the jewellery may appear larger than it is. Please take note of the measurements in the description.
Please note that as each piece is hand made you must expect slight variations between each item and colours may vary - this is the nature of hand made products and should not be considered a fault. Each piece is 
unique.
